Fashion Content Ltd provides news and multimedia content on mobile phones for the U.K. market.
The service will be launched in November 2006 as BlingOn.com targeting style concience consumers aged 25 to 35.
The offering will be theme based presenting a 360 degree theme experience using multimedia to reach the audience. Content will be logos, wallpapers and ringtones inspired by the theme. Themes will reflect a fashion and music trend as well as tributes to past greats.
